The Human Resources Leader will demonstrate leadership in communicating business goals, programs, and processes for all areas and business units (value streams). In this role, you will utilize experience and expertise to help solve problems, develop and execute strategy deployment objectives and have the ability to affect short and long-term business goals.
Essential Role and Responsibilities
· Lead our organization in the development of the annual reviews, organization structure development, staffing, compensation, and organization change / effectiveness.
· Support continuous improvement processes (Lean), including RIE (Rapid Improvement Event) initiatives, planning, and facilitation; staffing and organizational depth.
· Provide cultural leadership for the development and execution of organization vision and structure, including development and execution of a communication plan to ensure that effective two-way communication is effective enterprise wide.
· Assure that appropriate training opportunities are provided to employees to further personal, career, and organizational development
· Work with leaders and employees to establish and maintain a positive work environment, which encourages the full use of diverse talents and abilities
· Act as an employee advocate
· Identify recruiting needs, develop sources of qualified candidates; facilitate screening, testing and selection of applicants with management
· Be responsible for investigations, conflict resolution, employee communications and management coaching
· Partner with business leaders on multiple human resource issues (policies, legislation, processes, and practices) · Investigate and provide counsel / advice regarding concerns about contractual issues (when applicable)
Qualifications/Requirements
· Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college or university (or High School Diploma / GED with a minimum of 4 additional years of experience in a human resources position)
· Minimum of 5 years of experience as a human resources generalist
· Strong oral and written communication skills
· Strong interpersonal and leadership skills

AEROSOL CHEMIST & QUALITY CONTROL MANAGER POSITIONS
American Jetway Corporation is a manufacturer of quality aerosols, liquid and specialty products, and has experienced tremendous growth in the last three years. Therefore, it is seeking qualified candidates to expand its laboratory resource.
We are looking for a hands-on developmental Aerosol Chemist for automotive and industrial products, responsible for verifying product characteristics, matching customer needs with product attributes, recommending products, and verifying applications. A management position is also available for those with management experience. Required experience includes a B.S. Degree in Chemistry or Chemical Engineering and 10 years’ experience formulating, specifying components, and testing aerosol and non-aerosol products. In addition, extensive experience in aerosol regulations, surfactants, and functional materials selection and utilization, and working knowledge of formulation scale up to manufacturing.
We are also looking for a Quality Control Manager to manage the quality control programs designed to ensure continuous production of products consistent with established standards set by the Company and Customer. Required experience in Quality Control or Chemistry and 5 years’ experience managing aerosol quality control; with training in Six Sigma, 5S and ISO certification.

PACKAGING ENGINEER – AEROSOL and LIQUID PACKAGING

SUMMARY OF POSITION:
Lead the development, design, implementation and project management of ALL AEROSOLS AND LIQUID PACKAGING PROJECTS to include customer requested changes, new packaging designs, material conversion / cost reductions, packaging equipment procurement and Quality and Regulatory compliance. Identify, assess, and implement new packaging opportunities/projects through frequent interaction with our plant leadership team, our customers and outside material suppliers utilizing your personal expertise, ATI’s continuous improvement culture and RIE (Rapid Improvement Event) processes. Interface with equipment and packaging component suppliers to ensure that the technical needs of the manufacturing facilities capabilities are being met on a consistent basis. Align cost saving projects with manufacturing capabilities to achieve plant and Operational Excellence goals.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: 
Provide primary support and expertise in Aerosol packaging space including cans, caps, valves, actuator and corrugated packaging.Provide primary support and expertise in Liquid packaging space including plastic bottles, caps, trigger sprayers, labels, induction-sealed closures and corrugated packaging. Provide support for secondary components including for example: folding cartons, corrugated shippers.Author/Review Packaging Engineering required protocols and reports for various engineering studies (equivalency studies, distribution challenge testing, etc.)
Assist plant personnel for the specification, acceptance and validation of all new products and packaging equipment Support/lead R&D efforts in defining packaging materials for new products. Draft specifications/drawings for various primary and secondary packaging components, when required. Work with Value Streams to implement world class methods and standards across the business unit. Provide leadership/ technical expertise and project support to all value streams, as requested. Mentor and provide leadership and guidance to junior engineers for assigned project work.
QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS: 
Bachelor of Science in Packaging Science, Mechanical Engineering.
5 to 8 years of Packaging Engineering experience in the Aerosol, Liquid or other related packaging Industry space.
REQUIRED SKILLS/QUALIFICATIONS: 
Experience with automated high speed packaging equipment, robotics, packaging materials and components, performance evaluations, conducting distribution challenge testing and CAD drawing experience.

Familiar with basic Packaging Engineering designs, test methods, including interpreting the data generated during the testing and the ability to draw conclusions from the data, recommend package design changes that might resolve deficiencies in the original package design.
Excellent communication and organization skills with ability to communicate efficiently with all levels of management.
