PRECISION has launched two new actuators—SMART 35 and STYLISH 52, powered by STORM Technology, which negates the need for an insert while maintaining spray quality. Both SMART 35 and STYLISH 52 are one piece, have no insert nor overcap, and are extremely light. According to the company, this new generation of actuators offers aerosol industry players a solution to the increasingly complex question, “How to generate savings while improving sustainability?”

SMART 35 has an optimized weight of only 2g and, with no need for an overcap, the company asserts that it is the lightest cup-fitting one-in-all actuator on the market, offering the same functionalities—including spray quality—as more complex and heavier actuators. It can be used for a complete range of different can diameters.
STYLISH 52 is a sustainable and cost-efficient spraycap actuator that, at 4.6g, is by design lighter than similar. Its one-piece, one-resin, elegant and convenient design offers the combination of savings and sustainability. Despite its light weight, STYLISH 52 offers an enhanced top load resistance. It fits 52mm diameter tin plate cans.

The modern and elegant designs of SMART 35 and STYLISH 52 make them suitable options for Personal Care or Household segments, among others. The two actuators, mono-piece and, mono-resin PP, are available with PCR option.
