Cosmetic Industry Buyers & Suppliers (CIBS) will hold its Fall Cocktail Party on Wednesday, Sept. 16, at the Skylark Rooftop in New York City.
Scheduled to correspond with the MakeUp in New York convention at the Javitz Center, the networking event will take place from 6-9:30 p.m. EDT.
