Over five days in August, Aerossol Week 2026, promoted by the Associação Brasileira de Aerossóis e Saneates Domissanitários (Brazilian Aerosol Association or ABAS), in partnership with Universidade Presbiteriana Mackenzie, became a hub for professional development and industry updates. The event—held in São Paulo, Brazil—brought together 43 students engaged with the aerosol market and 30 professionals who are experts in their respective fields to share knowledge and enhance the technical training of the 5th cohort, “with intensity, dedication and technical excellence.”

Throughout the program, 17 lectures were held, during which participants explored content covering the main stages of the aerosol production chain, including packaging, valves, propellants, coatings, formulation, research and development, quality control, safety and sustainability.
ABAS noted that the presence of specialists from different areas provided a valuable learning experience, bringing together professionals committed to the evolution and future of the aerosol industry.
“Since the creation of the first Aerossol Week, following the evolution of this program has filled us with joy and satisfaction for being part of this ecosystem,” said ABAS President Áttila Almásy.

“This program makes it clear that the future of our industry depends directly on unity among the members and partners of this initiative, [as well as] technological innovation and continuous training. Seeing a new generation of professionals so engaged and passionate about the aerosol industry is the greatest proof that we are on the right path to grow with excellence. It is gratifying to see ABAS opening doors and strengthening connections that transform technical knowledge into great market opportunities,” Almásy affirmed.
The program concluded with a lively graduation ceremony, which brought together approximately 60 people, including students, speakers and guests, celebrating the achievements reached throughout the five days and the new connections built during the experience.

With the 5th edition, ABAS said it reaffirmed its strategic role in strengthening, qualifying and shaping the future of the aerosol industry in Brazil, helping bring professionals closer together, encouraging knowledge sharing and driving the evolution of the sector.

Participating companies included Fareva, Copa Energia, Aercamp, Spraytech, IFF, Sherwin Williams, Baston, Brasilata, Jimo, Vestacy, Zempack and Bispharma. ABAS thanked its Gold Supporters and all supporters who contributed to making the 5th edition possible. SPRAY
