STEM, SC Johnson’s new line of bug killing and repellant sprays that targets creepy crawlies but is safe for kids and pets, features contains geraniol, a compound found in rose, citronella, lemon grass and other essential oils. The 12-oz. STEM Bug Killer (Ants Roaches Flies) trigger spray joins 10-oz aerosols STEM Bug Killer Spray (Ants, Roaches, Spiders), STEM Bug Killer Spray (Flies, Mosquitoes, Gnats) and STEM Bug Killer Spray (Wasps, Hornets, Yellow Jackets). The products do not contain dyes, added fragrances or harsh chemical odors, SCJ said.
The line also includes 2-oz. and 4-oz. STEM Bug Repellent Spray (Mosquitoes) spritz bottles, a mosquito repellent formulated with an essential oil blend of rosemary, citronella, geranium, cedarwood peppermint and lemongrass.
