Mist:Understood.com has a New Course: Leading Edge Customer Service

Since launching in late 2021 as a free, credible resource for aerosol and pressurized packaging education, the Mist:Understood Aerosol & Pressurized Packaging Virtual Classroom has provided education to over 250 unique users, across a range of industries and skill levels, with over half of registrants having completed one or more courses.

Just announced, the latest course is Leading Edge Customer Service, taught by Faye Haber, Owner & President of eStyle Caps & Closures.

The level of this course is “All Levels”; it will provide a basic understanding of outstanding customer service. Skills taught include organized skills to consistently exceed customer expectations; learning customer needs and expectations; building loyalty rather than just satisfaction; how to develop an action plan; and the top 10 skills for outstanding customer service.

Mist:Understood is looking for valued members of the aerosol industry to provide further content for the site to continue to bring excitement and newness.

Note: To keep the site free Mist:Understood asks for a $500 donation from those participating.
